End of tenancy cleaning for Clapham landlords and agents.

Lambeth selective licensing has covered all four Clapham wards since 1 September 2025, at £1,025 a licence. Book the slot when the notice comes in rather than when the keys come back, and the void stays short.

One more thing worth planning for. Since 1 May 2026 a pet request cannot be unreasonably refused and the pet insurance backstop was dropped from the Act, so hair, odour and carpet condition are a bigger part of the deposit conversation than they were.
